Jake trained at The Arts Educational
School in Tring, Hertfordshire, graduating in July 2001.
He has recently been appearing at the
Royal Shakespeare Company’s production of Beauty & the Beast in
Stratford-upon-Avon, playing the part of the Beast’s horse, as well
as Ensemble.
Before that Jake completed an extensive
tour of Chicago, which took him to Japan and Korea, in which he sang
and danced and was first cover for Billy Flynn, a part that he
played with great success at the Theatre Royal, Norwich. This
followed a tour of Grease, in which he was Ensemble, cover for
Kenickie, and first cover for Vince, which he also played on a
number of occasions. He has also been in several productions with
the Boston Operatic Society in Lincolnshire, including West Side
Story and A Little Shop of Horrors.
