Phillip trained at The Arts Educational
Schools, London on the Musical Theatre Course.
Most recently Phillip was seen in The RSC
production of Beauty and the Beast, where he understudied and played
The Beast. Other theatre credits include: Chicago (UK Tour and Japan
and Korea); My Fair Lady playing the Prince of Transylvania
(National Theatre and Theatre Royal, Drury Lane); Anything Goes and
La Traviata (Grange Park Opera); Evita (Oslo); Always (Victoria
Palace); Mack and Mabel (Piccadilly Theatre); Follies and Calamity
Jane (Haymarket Theatre, Leicester); Tommy Steele – What a Show and
Me and My Girl (UK Tour).
Special events include: Disney’s Magic Moments
(Rome and the Royal Albert Hall); Sondheim Gala (Birmingham
Hippodrome); Royal Variety Performance ’96, Brit Awards ’98.
