Most recently Larry orchestrated and
arranged several songs for American Idol for American television.
Larry, with Doug Besterman, wrote the
orchestrations for the film Chicago (5 songs) and additional
orchestrations for Thoroughly Modern Millie for Broadway. Further,
with Doug Besterman Larry wrote (8 songs) for the Tony Award/Drama
Desk winning orchestrations for the Broadway production of The
Producers for writer/composer Mel Brooks and Director/Choreographer
Susan Stroman.
Larry did new orchestrations for Tommy Tune/White Tie And Tails,
along with the orchestrations and arrangements for the recording of
Jerry Herman’s musical Miss Spectacular which is planned for
production in Las Vegas in 2004.
