Richard has enjoyed a great career in
hair, make-up and wigs for over 25 years. Theatre credits include La
Cage Aux Folles (London, Copenhagen, Frankfurt), Showboat (R.S.C. / Opera
North), Oliver, Starlight Express (London, Japan, Australia) M.
Butterfly, Up for Grabs, Contact, Kiss me Kate, The Three Sisters
and Thoroughly Modern Millie. He first worked with the legendary
Danny La Rue, which led to film, television and theatre commitments
worldwide.
Here in London he is the managing
director of Wig Specialities, whose film credits include Titanic,
Star Wars, Wilde, Mask of Zorro, The Rock, Tombraider, The Pianist,
Disney’s Santa Claus, One Hundred and One Dalmatians and Richard
Harris as Dumbledore in Harry Potter.
